We are proud to be a Teach Beyond Hub School, working in partnership with Teach Beyond to help shape the next generation of teachers across our region. 

As a Hub School, we play a leading role in recruiting and developing future teachers. We work closely with graduates, career changers and aspiring educators, helping them explore routes into teaching and providing opportunities to experience school life first-hand. 

Alongside our recruitment role, we host and deliver Intensive Training and Practice (ITaP) Hub School Days, bringing trainees together to focus on key aspects of teaching through purposeful practice, observation and expert guidance. These experiences help bridge the gap between theory and classroom practice, enabling trainees to develop the confidence, knowledge and skills needed to thrive in today's classrooms. 

We believe that great teachers are developed through collaboration, reflection and meaningful classroom experiences. Through our partnership with Teach Beyond, trainees benefit from high-quality mentoring, expert training and the support of a community committed to helping them succeed.
