GCSE Results 2025

Hurstmere School is delighted to celebrate the achievements of our students in this year’s GCSE examinations. We are incredibly proud of the determination, effort, and resilience shown by our young people, supported every step of the way by the dedication of our teaching and support staff.

Our 2025 GCSE results are broadly in line with last year’s record-breaking outcomes. This consistency reflects the continued impact of the hard work and commitment of our staff and students, and demonstrates the positive progress we are making on our school improvement journey.

We are particularly pleased to highlight strong performances across a number of departments, including: History, English, Mathematics, Geography, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Religious Studies, PE, and Sport Studies. These successes are a testament to the ambition and high expectations that drive learning at Hurstmere.

Alongside our collective success, we are also thrilled to celebrate the remarkable achievements of individual students who secured higher grades across a wide range of subjects. Standout performances came from:

T. Bawonda, W. Holden, K. Baldwin, R. Sheppard, A. Langford, M. Agyen, D. Onuoha, L. Dawe, T. Wall, N. Pratt, H. Moorcroft, T. Kalatharan, S. Cunningham, W. Wood, Z. Lee, S. Hall, J. Bennett, W. Westpfel, C. Townend, and J. Phillips, amongst many others!

We are immensely proud of every student who has contributed to these achievements. Their success reflects not only academic attainment but also the values of perseverance, aspiration, and community that underpin life at Hurstmere School.

As we look ahead, we remain committed to building on this success, ensuring that every student continues to be given the very best opportunities to achieve their potential.
